Eclipse Grant for Rural Hoosiers
Apply before September 1, 2023, for a micro-grant to support rural programming for the 2024 total solar eclipse. Yes, the deadline is imminent. The Center for Rural Engagement writes:
Microgrants will provide funding to eligible Indiana 501c3 nonprofit organizations seeking to support community events, arts and cultural projects, and activities. Grant applications will be accepted through September 1, 2023.

Key elements: you must be in Indiana along the path of totality; you must serve rural communities; you cannot be a school, library, or museum. However, if you are outside those parameters, you can still forward this grant opportunity to partners who may qualify.
